Consideration for Employers in the Workplace - A Legal Perspective

Our host, Brian Wasyliw, from the law firm of Sherrard Kuzz LLP will lead a discussion about important workplace issues Employers must consider.  Handling terminations is difficult, but much easier with a plan.  Using properly drafted employment contracts will be a significant benefit. In addition, many employers may not be aware of the requirements to conduct a workplace investigation and what that investigation must look like.  Join us for an informative discussion that will help any business, large or small, new or longstanding.  We hope to see you then.

Brian is an experienced and accomplished employment and labour lawyer with a background in commercial litigation.  He has extensive courtroom experience, having appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and before many administrative tribunals.  He sits on the board of directors of the Council of Professional Investigators of Ontario, and the Yves Landry Foundation.
