INVESTIGATOR/ANALYST - Ministry of the Attorney General -  Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD)

Do you have a background in investigative interviewing, and have strong analytical and communication skills? If so, considering applying for this challenging role, within the Office of the Independent Police Director (OIPRD), Ministry of the Attorney General, where you will plan, conduct, review, analyze and report with recommendations on the results of investigations into complaints about the police in Ontario under the delegated authority of the Police Services Act.

The OIPRD is responsible for the objective oversight in the investigation of public complaints against the police of Ontario.


Administrator – Council of Professional Investigators Ontario (CPIO)

Under the direction of the Board of Directors, this position is responsible for the overall management of the business affairs of the Council of Professional Investigators Ontario (CPIO). The Adwillministrator  report directly to the President of the CPIO and will be based out of the home office of the administrator. The expectation in hours per week TBD.

Job Description

The Senior Computer Forensic Investigator, Digital Evidence & Cyber Investigations, supports the protection of organizational assets and human resources across all TD enterprise-wide locations (including remote offices) and by providing advice, planning, and support for GSI Investigations leadership.

The Senior Computer Forensic Investigator, Digital Evidence & Cyber Investigations:

  • Is part of a team of highly skilled computer forensic professionals who conduct complex and sensitive investigations, across North America
  • Works with Global Security & Investigations (GSI), IT security (TRM&IS), Legal, Human Resources, Wealth Compliance, and external law enforcement, as necessary, to forensically collect and analyze digital evidence and conduct cyber investigations
  • Applies sound methodologies to collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence
  • Stays abreast on the emerging technology threat landscape
  • Researches, evaluates, develops, tests and applies new methodologies for analyzing digital evidence to reduce the risk of exposure to TD Bank
  • Supports / develops procedures and standards and delivers advice, direction and education to TD management and staff
