Whether you are hiring or have already hired one person or a group of people, every business can ill afford to employ the wrong person. Hiring or having a bad employee causes a ripple effect that decreases profits and productivity and spirals down to directly affect staff morale. Vanessa has first-hand experience of the harmful affects of a bad hire. She uses her skills and extensive knowledge of profiling, deception detection, body language, micro facial expressions, and verbal intonation, phrasing and tone, to work with companies during the interview process either for victims or witnesses of crime, when hiring, or on suspected cases of fraud, theft, workplace harassment or violence. Vanessa also analyzes statements and interviews to detect deception and inconsistencies, performs threat assessments in business and personal matters, and helps conduct fraud examinations. As a Body Language Trainer, Vanessa is keenly aware that a person's body language speaks Volumes about who they are and how others perceive them. She teaches people how to be cognizant of their own body language and recognize the signals people are sending them.
