Nick Arbour is the President and co-founder of ArGen Software Inc. In 2016, he began developing TellMe© with the help of his co-founder, Eric Gendreau. Nick recognized the need to improve an archaic and outdated process. Over the next few years, he worked on improving the software in view of making it a one-stop-shop for everything witness-statement related. In July 2023, after gathering feedback from a pilot organization, the app was officially launched. It was met with great enthusiasm by many organizations across different fields. From law enforcement agencies, to insurance adjusters, to private investigation firms, TellMe© offers the solution to a problem many have struggled with for years.

Outside of this venture, Nick is employed full time and is in the twilight of a successful 23-year career in law enforcement. He graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2003 with a Business Administration degree with a major in Economics. He is fluently bilingual in French and English and calls New Brunswick home, however he grew up just west of Ottawa. He has recently moved to the Moncton area from Fredericton and adores being so close to the sea.
