Digital Evidence Beyond Collection: What Matters in Court (16 September 2026)

Digital Evidence Beyond Collection:

Instructed by Alain Filotto

This practical, non-technical session explores how digital evidence is located, preserved, and successfully presented in court. Using real case examples, you will see how digital evidence can strengthen — or completely change — the outcome of family, estate, civil, and criminal cases. Learn where digital evidence actually lives, how it can be legally preserved, and how it can be explained to judges and juries.
